职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责策划、建立基于呼叫中心模式的客服团队；
2、将客服团队作为公司统一对外窗口负责订单受理，客户查询，投诉处理以及进行客户访谈等工作；
3、管理客服团队整体业务运营及制定部门发展规划，完善管理制度、业务标准及流程；
4、建立呼叫中心客服的培训和绩效考核，组织开展案例学习，不断提高员工业务技能水平；
5、提供全面的客服中心运营报告。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上呼叫中心或客服中心管理经验；
2、熟悉呼叫中心的系统结构，了解CRM、ERP等信息系统项目；
3、良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，具备一定的成本管理知识和经验；
4、良好的领导能力，突出的沟通协调能力，团队协作能力；
5、较强的服务意识和责任心，工作热情、耐心，有积极进取的精神良好的心理承受能力；
6、熟悉物流业务的内外部的操做流程，了解ISO的规范与要求；
7、有呼叫中心团队管理工作经验者优先；具备医学、计算机、数学等相关知识者优先。
