职位描述
主要职责：
Main duties:
1. 按照人民银行结算的规定，进行银行日常收付操作业务，并维护银行日记账。
Follow China Central bank rules, process daily incoming and outgoing payment, maintain bank ledger.
2.每月做好各银行调节表。对银行每笔业务做到账账相符、账表相符。
Prepare month end bank reconciliation report. Ensure each bank activity match accounting book.
3.按照外管局要求，准备并完成资本金或外债结汇事宜。
Follow SAFE rule, prepare and finish conversion from USD capital to RMB.
4.检查原始文件，准备所有付款申请，提交上级复核，在银行系统准备付款，录入会计凭证。
Check all supporting documents to prepare payment request and submit to superior for approval. Input all payment request though online bank system and prepare relevant journal entry.
5.负责所有进口涉及付汇的事宜。
Be responsible for all international payment for international procurement.
6.负责出口结汇的事宜。
Be responsible for receiving foreign currency for exportation and finish claiming procedure.
7.协助查询往来款项到账情况。
Assist to check payment receiving status from client.
8.可以与国家外汇管理局上海分局就外汇事宜进行沟通、协调和办理。
Coordinate and communicate with SAFE Shanghai branch regarding any FE issue.
9.负责现金维护。根据原始凭证每天做好现金收付结存表，每日确保资金与现金日记帐的余额一致。
Maintain cash on hand. Prepare daily cash in/out report to ensure it match cash ledger.
10.按照公司的报销流程的要求，检查员工的报销申请，并安排支付员工报销。
Follow company reimbursement process. Check supporting document of reimbursement claimed by employee and arrange the payment.
11.准备付款申请并安排付款计划。
Prepare payment request and arrange payment batch.
12.统计采购申请并及时记账。
Record purchase orders and accrue timely.
13.每月末为各门店销售使用防伪税控系统开具增值税发票，以及前往税务局购买增值税发票等事宜。
Generate VAT for retail at each month end. Purchase VAT by going to local tax bureau and other related matters.
14.负责协助会计主管月末结账。
Assist senior accountant to close current month.
15.完成其他上级交代的任务，如涉及现金及费用的财务分析等。
Finish any ad-hoc request from superior including analysis on cash and expense.
要求：
Requirements:
1.大专以上学历，最好是财务类专业。
Hold diploma certificate at least. Finance and accounting major is preferred.
2.可以独自承担所有出纳、付款、费用、发票等工作，有零售行业经验尤佳。
Can work independently for any cashier, payment, expenditure and tax invoice related work. Having retail experience is a big advantage.
3.熟悉进出口收付汇流程。
Be familiar with I/E process regarding payment.
4.有3年以上出纳经验，精通银行及外汇事务，如了解美国银行操作流程更加。
Have more than 3 years of working experience as a cashier. Be professional at bank and FE issue. Knowing process of BOA is highly desired.
5.工作细致，责任感强，能够维护和监督执行公司的财务制度和纪律，具备良好的沟通能力、团队精神，可以在压力下工作。
Can work in details and have high responsibility. Can maintain and help monitor the implementation of company’s accounting policy and discipline. Be well in inter-communication and have a good team spirit. Can work under pressure.
6.熟练使用用友财务软件，了解SAP优先考虑。
Be familiar with UFIDA system. Have some knowledge of SAP is preferred.
7.熟悉使用海关EDI系统优先考虑。
Be good at custom EDI system is higher appreciated.
8.有一定税务知识。
Have basic tax knowledge.
9.读写英文流利。
Be fluent in writing and reading English.
10.持有会计从业资格证书。
Hold entrance certificate of accounting
