Job Descriptions

1. Global sourcing activities: Act as a contact window of global sourcing;

2. Sourcing KPI achievement:

a. Follow up orders, Ensure material arrive on time. S-OTD>95%

b. Shorten lead time

c. MCER deflation (cost reduction) more than 5%

d. Non-conformity material-related to suppliers disposition completion on time >95%

3. Sourcing data analysis and reporting. Data analyzer for all sourcing data consolidating/analyzing/reporting;

4. Sourcing new product. Communicate with R&D,planning,QA etc.to collect sourcing information, Ensure right/on time sourcing information to sourcing manager;

5. Sourcing new suppliers for better price/OTD/quality;

6. Assistant SQA to improve suppliers' quality;

Background/Education Requirements

Bachelor degree or above;

Fluent English in writing and speaking;

More than 3 years relevant working experience in a foreign company;

Familiar with ERP system;

Good at data analysis;
