职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? preparing monthly financial report covering the business KPI (profitability, expense and cost analysis, cash flow, inventory and working capital)
? interact and routine communication within related department for the monthly rolling forecast of full year financial package, and provide thorough analysis to identify potential opportunity and risks
? lead of process of Annual Management Plan, provide in depth business analysis to management team
? analyze financial business performance for P&L and working capital, involving in the company daily operation, provide training, support and guidance to related department; tracking the action plan for improve activities
? develops recommendation for cost reduction and process improvement as required by finance manager;
? perform monthly results analysis of expenses, Capex to identify variance from Plan
? provide financial support to key decision-making processes related to capital expenditure and budgeting; reviews all capital investment requests and major capex projects
? assistant to expense control and budget planning objectives
? recommends and implement analytical projects as required by the financial manager
? performs other duties as required
Key Requirements:
? university or above degree in the area of Accounting / Finance or business related
? above four years working experience in foreign company or JV
? at least two year experience in large multi-national company finance or business analysis with exposure to various financial and/or commercial disciplines
? strong business analysis skills and background
? ability to work across functionally, good communication and presentation skills
? high competency of English and Office application software like Excel and Powerpoint
? familiar with SAP system prefer
