岗位职责:

Primary objective/General overview:
？Active Participation SAP Roll In Project within but not limited to Asia-Pacific
？Deep Knowledge of SD/LE Luxottica Core Model Solution
？EnsureSAP customization and functional analysis activity on SD/LE Moduleto agreed project timelines / milestones
？Provide timely and coherent solutions for Luxottica’s local business needs in the SD/LE functional areas.
Main responsibilities and measurements:
1. Business Support
？Ensure Application of Luxottica Core Model Solution avoiding local solutions
？Design Business Blue Print for approved requirements out of Luxottica Core Model solution
？Deliver functional analysis that ensure robust solutions with no rework (Defects / Bugs) required
？Work with the IT Team (China &Italy ), Business Teams and key users within the Sales and Logistics structure. Develop means for skills and knowledge transfer.
？Ensure robust and reliable systems are maintained.
2. Business Relationships within IT (China & Italy)
？Establish an understanding of medium and longer term local fiscal requirements through contact with Management and main stakeholder of the project
？Regular communication to Project team and Application maintenance team around delivery timelines
3. Solution Delivery
？Ensure requirements are fully understood for approved business requests out of Luxottica Core Model
？Provide alternative options for each business request for discussion and review by Stream Leader/Business Responsibles.
？Provide new designed solution and documentation.
？Estimate all activities and effort in planning for delivery of solutions to meet project milestones.
？Execute SAP customizing on SD/LE module
？Design functional specifications to be passed to technical programmer for developments.
？Immediate Identification and prompt escalation of issues arising during delivery of solutions to stream leaders
？Obtain completion of business and IT team (China) sign off for delivered solutions, ensuring business requirements have effectively been met.
？Provide documentation in the form of both IT functional specs and end user training for delivery of solutions
？Execute user training activity and user acceptance test
？Perform Sap Go Live Support
4. Development Standards
？All development performed as per Luxottica’s standards and existing Core Model Solution
？Submit improvements and additional requirements for review and inclusion in the development standards and guidelines document.
5. Capability Development
？Participate in performance and development review processes.
？Actively drive your personal development
？Provide input into the development and update of IT documentation, standards and procedures.
？Be an active member of the IT SAP Roll In Project Team
？Further develop SD/LE skills within Roll In Project team with cross training with other functional analysts through team work

任职资格:

Formal qualifications/certification required
？Business or computer science degree or equivalent experience

Years of experience required:
？5years above SAP experience in SD/LE Module(WM module is a plus)–SAP AFS Solution is reconmended
？5years above business or system development experience- SAP AFS Solution is reconmended


Knowledge & Skills required:
？Strong self organisation and work management skills
？Strong Sap knowledge for both costomizing activity in SD/LE SAP and functional analysis design
？Strong business analysis skills and business understanding
？Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business
？Previous experience working within an international SAP Roll In Program
？Fluent English
？Team Working attitude
？Availability for long lasting travels domestic and overseas (mainly Asia Pacific Area)
