岗位职责:

1.New store opening: open new stores meet the criteria of LC. Accomplish the yearly new store target.
2.Negotiation: Negotiate with landlords to get best terms and conditions for our stores.
3.Relationship maintain: regularly visit or call landlord to maintain good relationship and collect latest information from the landlord.
4.Lease renewal or store closure: according to the company request, accomplish store lease renewal or store closure.
5.New city development: according to the company request, develop business in new cities based on the store roadmap and marketing investigation.
6.Report: Provide regular report on the network development plan and update new store, lease renewal and closure information.
7.Business License: Lead the work of Business License application for stores. Ensure obtain the license before store opening.

任职资格:

1.Good negotiation skills. Can provide flexible solution in contract negotiation;
2.Familiar with retail store development in East and West region.
3.Understand company policies and rules, and be very aware of professional ethics of behaviour
4.Achievement orientated, and be able to achieve results independently
5.Computer operation skills in all kinds of office software. Understand the office document management
6.Good language skill.

Education:
Bachelor degree or above


Experience:
At least 5 years or above relevant working experience in the retail industry. Experienced in fashion or retail industry is preferred
