岗位职责:

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES
?Support the ecommerce demand manager for the management of the technical solution (the commerce platform) with focus on small enhancements requests and bug fixing by coordinating the local release management against the central process. Coordinate and own the functional specifications of local markets including the management of the involved IT third party services.
?The ecommerce service manager is the point of contact for local IT organizations working on the ecommerce platform (internal and external organization). He / She will own and fully understand all local business and techhnical requirements in order to manage and coordinate the execution of the activities withing the excpected timing the level of services.
?He/She assist the business ecommerce team for coordinating and planning all application maintenance activities with the central platform team.

Skills
Technical Skills and Professional knowledge
?Work experience in similar role in the ecommerce area
?Deep knowledge of eCommerce Platforms (preferred platform IBM websphere ecommerce)
?Knowledge of Java , HTML and SQL programming principles
?Knowledge of ecommerce processes on both front end (Content Management / Catalog) and back end processes (Supply Chain / CRM / ERP and Customer Service Tools integrations and tools)
?Strong Teamworking skills
?Remote working and International project experience
?Problem solving skills
?Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
?Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
?People management and development (tbd)
