职位描述：
一、产品技术支持：
熟悉本行业各类品牌、产品的情况、为销售人员开发市场提供参考；
为客户提供现场技术解决方案和讲解；
为销售人员提供技术支持调试和配合工作；
产品技术服务工作，及时解决销售人员及客户的技术需求；

二、项目技术支持：
熟悉音视频系统理论、音视频弱电系统工程和行业内专业音响产品（设计、安装、调试）；
熟练掌握声学测试仪器；
熟悉专业音响工程应用技术，具有独立音响操控和调试能力，能熟练进行工程安装调试技术工作；
熟悉灯光、音响、视频系统构成；熟悉音响、监控、远程会议、投影系统、中央控制系统、数字会议系统等智能电教室、会议室、指挥中心的音视频弱电设计，方案撰写、投标书撰写等。

职位要求：
学历：大学专科学历以上；
相关专业：音响工程、系统集成、自动化等相关专业；
相关培训：接受过专业音响知识培训、行业理论培训。最好有证书；
3年以上专业音响行业经验，熟悉弱电集成、音响工程、AV工程行业；
具备专业音响、灯光工程的设计、施工和投标经验，可以独立完成工程项目的设计文件、图纸和标书制作；
具有大型剧场和场馆招投标经验，丰富的客户培训经验；
熟练使用相关办公软件，掌握使用AUTOCAD 、EASE、 3DMAX 等软件进行音响工程方案设计和图片制作。
