岗位描述：

1、 负责所辖区域的产品或仪器销售和市场/ 渠道开发；
2、 负责所辖区的客户日常管理工作和维护，并达成公司下达的各项考核指标；
3、 负责所辖区域终端督导/美容顾问的招募与人员管理工作；
4、 负责及时、准确收集、整理和反馈市场信息，并予以分析处理后上汇；
5、 负责对所辖区域的销量预估、跟踪和分析；
6、 负责所辖区域的形象管理。

任职要求：

1、 三年以上化妆品或美容仪器的销售和渠道开发；
2、 熟悉相关渠道的开发和管理，并取得过良好的销售或拓展业绩；
3、 具备良好的沟通谈判、组织协调能力﹐以及较强的时间计划管理能力和成本控制意识；
4、 有较强的市场感知和分析能力，敏锐的把握市场动态，提出有效的市场计划方案；
5、 有激情和冲劲，并能承担起新品牌新市场的开拓和维护；
6、 有一定的相关客户网络优先考虑。
