Industry Technical Consultant-General Food

Principal Accountabilities：
? Increase sales revenues by providing detailed technical knowledge and assistance during joint sales calls with field organization representatives.
? Work with Industry Marketers, corporate account managers and field organization representatives to bring prospect company opportunities to successful closes.
? Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of the industry by monitoring new developments, new products, new research, new concepts, etc. in the industry. Work with Industry Marketers and Research to take advantage of new technical developments through new products/ applications/systems. Keep field organization current with industry technology and best practices.
? Function as a high-level product/market and sales technical trainer as required. Conduct industry-specific product and installation training for the field organization..
? Identify and provide basic input on industry-unique needs for sales tools, technical materials, sales collateral, media and other promotional materials and campaigns.
? Communicate product requirements and specifications with respective Industry Marketers, Corporate account managers and field organization representatives.
? Assist with launch of new products/applications/technologies/systems. Define product and service requirements.
? Work with the field organization to identify and capture the impact of company programs/applications/systems in clear financial terms.
? Work with field organization to identify needs, problems, determine effective solutions and help document specifications.
? Build relationships with Systems Integrators and other market influences including coordinating these relationships with the field organization.
? Represent the Company with industry technical associations and committees.

Job Requirements：
? BS/ MS degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Technical Specialties.
? 10 - 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry. Candidates in other roles like technical sales to or R&D in this Industry can also apply.
? Food Industry Experience is preferred.
? Willingness to travel extensively
? Ability to educate and train the sales force
