Account Manager-CTG(硅溶胶技术部)
Position summary:
This position is a traditional conversion selling role with 80%+ of time dedicated to selling competitively help business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Achieves annual sales targets by working with the District Manager and senior district sales personnel to establish selling strategy and tactics. Obtains orders and establishes new accounts; plans and organizes daily work; calls on existing and potential sales customers. Analyzes customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with Company programs. Keeps management informed through regular activity reports and communications;
? Win business and be successful by helping our customers improve their profitability by use of Nalco products and services, and will be calling on degreed technically oriented customers;
? Involves working with a global team ,require regular travel in China for face to face customer contacts with a range of people from senior management to production supervisors, also require in plant, hands on running of production trials on the factory floor;
? Upon attaining the required level of technical competency and sales skills, assumes both sales and service responsibilities within an assigned territory. Applies the Six Service Standards striving to improve their quality and document value provided to the customer. Under direct supervision, plans and carries out sales and service calls;
? Maintains close contact with district management regarding account activity, customer needs, prices, competitor activity, and Nalco product acceptability;
? Develops and maintains a sales pyramid and other required reports or documentation;
Job Requirements:
? Bachelors’ Degree in Chemical, Ceramic or Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Material Scoence or similar technical discipline or above is required;
? Have 3-5 years technical and/or business/market experience in at least one of the following China Markets. 1 Investment Casting, 2. Sapphire &/or Silicon Wafer Polishing. 3. Catalyst.
? Good tracking of sales record. high competitive drive, good affiliation and good work ethics;
? Mature, with good communication skills;
? Good English skills both in written and oral;
? Be prepared to travel often. About 50-60% of the time;
