Duties & Responsibilities
工作内容与职责

1) Report to Great China Equipment Purchasing Manager; be responsible for purchasing local equipment, spare parts part and engineering installation service.
2) Be responsible for the whole process from the very beginning (release PO) to the end (on time delivery to Warehouse).
4) Checks requisitions, obtains quotations, examines bids.
5) Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers inadequate, sometimes may need to escalation.
6) Resolve incorrect invoices, shipping errors, cancellation of orders, replacements of materials not meeting company specifications, and engineering charges.
7) As required, monitors the cost, schedule to assure best quality at best value.
8) Evaluate supplier performance, such as capability, reliability and trade condition, etc.

Qualification of Position
一般任用条件

1) Bachelor degree in technical or engineering.
2) Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience. Experienced in Chemical company is preferred.
3) Detail oriented, responsible, can work under pressure.
4) Independent contributor yet with strong team spirit.
