ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Owning the General Ledger accounts, including accruals, prepaid, other receivable/payables, for voucher preparation and monthly reconciliations.
• Responsible for the Interco accounting, including debit/credit note and Interco reconciliation;
• Responsible for the Fixed Asset accounting, including monthly entries, fixed asset ledger reconciliation and physical management/counting.
• Responsible for the inventory accounting, including standard cost/updates, stock/SMI reports, variance checking etc.
• Responsible for the counter stock management from finance perspective, including stock counting, variance follow up etc.
• Lead the month end closing process. Be responsible to prepare the TB and financial reports for both local and group report.
• Ensure company's policies and procedures are effectively implemented in daily works.
• Support accounting manager for the annual audit.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree majoring in finance or accounting;
• At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, with exposures in G/L works;
• Qualified CPA, CMA or other equivalent professional qualifications, good understanding of Chinese and US GAAP;
• Good in spoken and written English.
