MISSION

(Why the position exists)

1. Implement =S= industrial strategy/rule to realize OCP projects from lab functionality to volume production with good performance of manufacturability/quality/cost/Test

2. Manage & evaluate electronic supplier according to =S= SSQM for continuous improvement

3. Define test strategy for PCBA and launch test solution with Vendor

(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)

1. Perform PCBA DFM/DFT check in parallel with PCB layout design for the best performance of manufacturability/quality/cost/test

2. Define PCBA manufacture process flow & specification to ensure achieving project targets(quality, cost, schedule)

3. Lead PCBA/PCB PPEP(Part / Product Evaluation Plan)

4. Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype manufacture in supplier

5. Assess PCBA manufacture and tools cost, define and qualify ICT,FCT test fixture and equipment.

6. Offer training to =S= employee on PCB/PCBA manufacture process and DFM principle

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation

Job Related Experience:

Around 5 years experience in electronic industry and at least 3 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain

Business Understanding:

- Expertise in PCBA manufacture process, Design For Manufacture, well understand some DFM tools

- Expertise in PCBA test, DFT, test station specification define, test equipment qualify

- How to design PCBA assembly process to achieve optimized performance of manufacturability/quality/cost

- Good understanding of quality KPI ,SPC application, green belt of six sigma is preferred

- Certain experience of testing or electronic design is preferred

- Well understanding of PCB fabrication process /related quality standard(IPC-A-600,UL standard)

- LCD technical & manufacture process background is preferred.

- Better to have product assembly and line architecture design skill.

- Have project management skill or vendor management skill.

Fluent oral English, be good at English writing
