MISSION
Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company


To lead Industrialization phase for OTM project

· To do industrial feasibility study for new designed parts and sub-assembly base on best available technology, Design for Manufacturing, make or buy.

· To do industrial feasibility study for project base on Industrial strategy, overall supply chain, Investment, and product cost

· To coordinate and support Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing and Project manager in OTM phase and ready for PMP open.


To lead Industrialization phase for PMP project

· To ensure the consistency and lead the industrialization of new PMP projects:

Product cost; Industrialization recourses; Capex investment budgeting and controlling; Industrial quality; and Industrialization progress review

· To be Industrial Quality Management System (QMS) owner. Make sure Industrial activities following QMS procedure

· To orient the product concept and technical choices towards the solution of meeting required quality, easy manufacturability, most competitive product cost & lead time, starting from the anticipation through PMP phases.

· To coordinate and support Engineering for product development needs and product performance analysis, engineering prototype, manufacturing prototype and provide Industrial solutions

· To define the overall supply chain in collaboration with GSC strategy team, OCP purchasing & downstream supply chain and offer marketing. And provide industrialization support in Brand Labeling and sub-contract project

· To be the contact window and organizer between targeted plant and project team, share the information and collect plant feedback through whole PMP phases.

· To be the contact window in global program with other IPLs and global PM. Cooperate with Upstream Industrialization team if project deployed in different geographic locations

· To manage the manufacturing process qualification in collaboration with GSC plants in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer after Sell stage gate

· Clear launch project meeting quality target with controlled Supply Chain risks, management components, PCBA, product and system manufacturing process, test and qualify.


To be a leader in project matrix organization

· To leading a matrix industrial team for a project

· To assign tasks and follow up the performance of team members

· To coordinate and support team members with other functions


PROFILE REQUIRED

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control, Tooling and Project management

Knowledge in:

- Manufacturing Processes (SPS, Methods, Assembly & Tooling Technologies)
- Manufacturing Quality, Part & Process Quality control and tools, trouble shooting
- Project management, Scheduling, resource planning
- Financial background, Return of Investment, Product cost and Capex Investment budgeting and controlling
- PCBA or PCB manufacturing test and quality knowledge

2. Required Educational Background, Professional Experience, Personality and Requirements

University degree in Engineering

Preferable more than 5 years industrial experience with 3 years Industrial project management experience
Personality: Strong target oriented driver, open mind, looking for solutions

Requirements: Excellent communication skill, well organized and be willing to work under pressure and Business traveling

PCBA or PCB process, test and qualify knowledge.

3. Languages:

Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)
