Job Responsibilities:

- Support business finance for reporting and analysis.

- Provide monthly regular reports to management for performance tracking or decision making such as Daily Orders/sales report by biz, Order by end user report, SFC monthly report, Weekly Report on orders/sales by biz & activities and Backlog & provision report, etc.

- Communicate with sales department and discuss the sales and expense planning and reporting issues. To provide related analysis to support business decision.

- Be responsible for performance variance analysis between budgets, actual and forecast.

- Coordinate different department to work on business process improvement. Set up a reasonable system for internal operation and improve business process to ensure an efficient information flow.

- Assistant for Business Review and yearly budget for BU orders, sales, selling expense, DP and margin.

- Provide reports and supports when they are required.

Candidate Requirements:

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Microsoft Excel, building complex formulas and databases). Excellent verbal and written in English.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, including proficiency in financial evaluations

- Positive team player and solid work ethic.

- Flexible but effective time manager who is able to prioritize responsibilities so that all deadlines are met.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
