MISSION - PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

- Supervise the complete scope of Quality for an existing offer to improve Customer Experience

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the scope of Industry Medium Offers, the OQE is accountable for:

Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers

Timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Expert Assessment, etc.)

Prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues

In particular, he:

- Analyzes all data relative to quality (I2P, Customer survey or feed-back, Manufacturing Quality etc.)

- Represents the customer in the Product Evolution Process. Ensure the Quality of evolution's impact analysis, risk management and provide all the Quality deliverables

- Drives the Quality issues resolution and decides on stop of delivery and derogation.

- Ensures that the proper information is provided to the Customer in case of quality issue, offer evolution and withdrawal

- Drives risk analysis for customer for non-conformant product or Quality issue

- Defines annual quality targets and roadmap for offer in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with factories

- Set-up the surveillance plan, make sure of timely execution and proper results monitoring and usage

- Ensures effectiveness of quality improvement and drives follow-up

- Medium Offer Business FFR

- Manufacturing MDR

SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of travelling, etc.

- International skill (daily international phone call, webex with country organizations)

- International and local travels (customer/partner visits)

- Related plant/DC CS&Q managers

- Related Country & GSA CS&Q managers

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

- Compulsory: Bachelor or Master degree

- More than 3 years experiences in quality control, especially in offer quality management

- Communication capabilities (listening, written and verbal communication) and multicultural skills

- Strong Influence skills

- Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as language, computer skills, etc.

- Language: English : fluent, Chinese: fluent

- Computer: Autonomous
