职位描述

MISSION - PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

- Manage medium offer information (OIM) documents within the scope of MOB.

- Lead MOB marketing communication.


REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. MOB offer information manager (OIM):

- Be the interface between the Schneider Electric Customer Experience (CE) team and MOB, i.e. make the synthesis of Marketing requirements for MOB and explain it to Customer Experience team whose responsibility is to propose a Marcom Plan. During the creation phase, Customer Experience team is synchronizing with the Subject Matter Experts.

- Guarantee that the documents related to MOB offer roadmap are created on time, within budget, including:

- Catalogue & WEB

• Catalogue, leaflet, brochure

• Web page, mini site, video

• Paper & electric version

- Technical Publication

• Integrated user guides, operation manuals, system user guides, instruction sheets, quick start guides, installation manual, programming manual, field bus manual, etc.

• Paper & electric version

- Training

• Training documents, tools, etc.

• Paper & electric version


2. MOB marketing communication:

Be aware of all MOB projects, understand the offer, the target, the channel and the business model, establish and implement marketing communication strategy for MOB.

- Define MOB Marcom needs that Customer Experience team convert into a Marcom plan (objectives, themes, targets, budget, tools, media, indicators). and communicates to the countries in charge of the deployment.

- Analyze competitors' communication actions and reports on this matter.

- Is aware of the application of corporate recommendations (especially brand policy and graphic standards). Marcom is responsible to follow the guide lines.

- Assist product managers for new product launch activity into the country organizations (event, webinar, forum, web & social media, etc.), in collaboration with countries MarCom and marketing project.

- Create the awareness around MOB action and offer (Internal Communication), animate MOB communities with a consistent image (document format, notes signature gif, slogan, newsletter, etc.)


Key Performance Indicators

- Offer communication documents on time delivery with quality.

- Budget control.

- Customer satisfaction.


SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of travelling, etc.

- International skill (daily international phone call and webex)

- International and local travels (customer visit , Schneider events and training, factory)


KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

With whom, to resolve what problems, with what responsibility?

- Product manager & marketing project manager for new offer documents plan and maintenance

- Customer Experience team for offer documents creation, usage of shared tools

- Country marketing (Emerging economies) for local publications and MarCom activities

- Marketing teams of other business units for process & architectures purpose

- Safety Champion for the safety review of literature.


KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

- Subcontractors (for document creation, translation, printings ….) if required

- Creative vendors (for promotion activities) if required

- Customers


REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in Writing Communication and/or Engineering

- Good communication skills and social competence

- Knowledge in Automation or related scopes is appreciated

- Experienced in Technical Communication


OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as language, computer skills, etc.

- Language: English fluent, Chinese: fluent

- Computer: Autonomous
