Key Responsibility

1. Plan, monitor, and drive the implementation of quality management system and certification activities. Closely cooperate with AOC-C internal and external partners to install and maintain quality management system according requirements.

2. Participate in corporate Quality network, follow the evolution of the Group’s quality policy, define the local implementation plan and execution priorities according to local organization’s needs and challenges.

3. Lead the deployment of quality methods, tools and systems derived from the Group's quality system in AOC-C. And ensure a continuous improvement.

4. Participate in project execution as Project Quality Leader. Translate quality objectives into quality commitments to be met in the project; Drive the project quality plans and audits; Formulate “GO-NOGO” opinion regarding quality risks at each project step.

5. Coordinate with Quality functions in other departments, to share best practice and to address common issues during project cooperation.

6. Represent the customer in the Product Evolution Process. Ensure proper application of reference processes (PEP, Quality alert,...) . Provide all the Quality deliverables.

Requirement

§ Compulsory:3 years+ experience in process management, quality management, project management or relevant in R&D area, establish and deploy the quality management system at least ISO9000.

§ Ideal background:5 years+

Language: proficiency in English communication (both written & oral)

§ Understand well R&D project execution cycle and key elements.

§ Understand the product development nature of electronics, firmware & software

Favorable requirement:

§ Knowledge in CMM/CMMi, 6 sigma, FMEA, Quality Management System(ISO9000)

§ Industrial control product knowledge, e.g. PLC

§ Experience in manufactory/plant.
