PURPOSE OF THE JOB 职位目的

Power Electronics Engineer position in PE team responsible for design power converter and functional circuit for 3 Phase UPS products, validate design and debug problem through prototype. Responsible for overall product electrical system design integrity. Select components to implement design. Plan and support PCBA design, sub-system and system level testing, release to manufacturing and quality volume objectives of product development process. Creat and implement innovation idea/patent or projects.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

>Implementing product development, product qualification and product release process.

>Contribute to UPS system analysis, technical theme selection and detail design.

>Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.

>Design, verification, specification and qualification of 3 Phase UPS.

>System, sub-system and board level debugging and trouble-shooting.

>Documentation major in system design theme, product specs definition etc.

> Guide Jr. Engineer

>Work as part of whole team.

SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.

>Location is in Shanghai and Travel 10% or below of the time.

KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要内部关系

>Work with PCB layout team for PCB layout and manufacturing, and PCBA debug.

>Work with Firmware team for UPS function design, test, verification and issue solving.

>Work with Mechanical team for UPS architecture design, cable design and prototype assemble and debug.

>Work with Test team for PCB ICT and Final Tester design.

>Work with Industrial team for UPS industrialization support.

>Work with DVT team for product qualification and issue solving.

>Work with Power team member for technique guidance.

KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要外部关系

>Work with supplier for components selection and customized part design.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 教育背景要求

Compulsory: degree of Bachelor (major) of Electrical Engineering University

必须： 学历 大学主修

Ideal: degree of Master (major) of Electrical Engineering University

优先： 学历 大学主修

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS, Specify “Advanced”, “Good” or “Basic”

职能/技术技能要求，列出“高级”，“中级”或“初级”

Compulsory:

必须：

Advanced skill in Electrical & Electronic system and sub-system design;

Advanced skill in power converter design;

Advanced in problem analysis and solving;

Good in EDA software such as Protel, Cadence, Matlab, Pspice and etc.

Ideal:

Advanced skill in UPS design

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 任职经历要求

Compulsory: 5 years or above (5 years for master and 8 years for bachelor) as Power Electronics Engineer in Power Supply related companies

必须： 于 公司 年任职

Ideal: 5 years or above as Power Electronics Engineer in UPS companies

优先： 于 公司 年任职

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as languae, computer skills, etc.

English proficiency,
