Job Responsibilities:

- Support business for finance planning and analysis.

- Engaged in the financial analysis for business such as sales, orders, selling expense, delta price and margin etc. Provide monthly regular reports to management for performance tracking or decision making. Prepare quarterly forecast and closing review for business.

- Communicate with sales department and discuss the sales and expense planning and reporting issues. To provide related analysis to support business decision.

- Be responsible for performance variance analysis between budgets, actual and forecast.

- Coordinate different department to work on business process improvement. Set up a reasonable system for internal operation and improve business process to ensure an efficient information flow.

- Assistant for yearly budget for BU orders, sales, selling expense, DP and margin. Follow up the expense, price and margin control in the whole year. Discuss with business department to improve their output and input result.

- Be responsible for the reporting which is required by central finance team and Pelco US team, including forecast, budget and actual figure’s input.

- Be responsible for the quarterly forecast business review, with solid business understanding and finance analysis.

- In charge of annual restatement and other specific finance issues related with Pelco Verticalization

- Provide reports and supports when they are required.

Candidate Requirements:

- Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Microsoft Excel, building complex formulas and databases). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, including proficiency in financial evaluations

- Positive team player and solid work ethic. Works well under pressure.

- Flexible but effective time manager who is able to prioritize responsibilities so that all deadlines are met.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

- 5+ years related experience is a must, finance analyst is plus;

- Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.

- Good presentation skills to colleagues and management.

- Team player with can-do attitude and solid work ethic.

- Internal Schneider candidate would be preferred
