Main Responsibility
- 3D Model creation/validation for worldwide domain used by whole R&D mechanical engineers
- Collaboration Internally with ECAD domain
- Involving in MCAD model (Mechanical and Electronic models) creation process complying the strict modeling rules, vendor datasheet and model management tools
- Mining datasheets information for MCAD model creation
- Creating MCAD models using ProE complying strictly with internal specification and vendor datasheets
- Validate compliance with internal specifications of MCAD model created by third parties
- Ensuring the quality and updating the contents in global MCAD library
- Maintaining existing models according to rules changes, sourcing changes, etc…
- Taking in charge of resolving the MCAD models quality issues from different development centers, including investigation
- Participating in the library process and rules documentation support
- Contribute to the continuous improvements of the internal guidelines, process and tools to opimize creation time, guarantee quality and overall deliverables of the library
- MCAD library database maintain


Requirement
- Experience (years, and focused field):
- 2~3 years of successful experience in mechanical design engineering
- At least 2 years of MCAD domain of part and assembly creation
- Understand well about three-views drawing and good skill at part creation
- Knowledge of the joint between MCAD and ECAD model
- Experience with mechanical design, verification and testing
- Experience on ProE tools (WF3 or WF5, ProductView) using, Cadence PCB design tools would be a plus
