JD of LFR(Large Format Retail) KA Manager

Key areas of responsibility:
? To develop LFR KA strategies with account specific strategies, trading terms guideline and operation framework for LFR KA in China market in order to deliver sustainable mutual profitable growth with ALL LFR KAs
? To manage the contract with assigned LFR KA and give directives of implementation to regions
? To transfer defined KA strategies to actionable operation guidelines and measurable KPIs to regional teams, performing as driver to ensure full meet of designated targets within given Soft$ budget.
? To closely work with CPM and TM teams, initiate nation-wide marketing activities for national KAs
? To facilitate and support Regional teams by professional KAM practice sharing in order to lever mutual profitable growth with all KAs by Logitech KA management expertise.
? To build up long-term strategic partnership relationship and business alignments with KAs through professional KA management approaches. (i.e. JBP approaches)
? Leverage innovation and continuously pay efforts on improving the KA management operation

Capabilities required:
? Min.5 Years of KA management experience in multinational environment
? University level, MBA as a plus
? Strong communication and negotiation skill, excellent interactive and conflict management skill
? Ability to manage the complex & environment
? Ability to leverage resource in the organization
? Result oriented, think win-win, accountability to make decision
? Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process
? Ability to manage business through building up and maintaining customer relationship
? Fluent English
