The Role:
Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer supports all aspects of design and production of marketing collateral including but not limited to packaging, user manuals, digital, and other collateral. This individual needs to have the ability to interpret needs, objectives, and strategic creative direction to create innovative designs that support the brand and amplify the product experience story.

? Understanding the design& brand objectives and create innovative and compelling design solutions
? Manage and adhere to established schedules & budgets while ensuring quality standards are met
? Ability to present concepts/direction to gain alignment
? Create final mechanical for print material

The ideal candidate has a strong level of initiative, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced retail environment. He/she also must have a positive “can do” attitude and willingness to do “whatever it takes” to help get the job done.

? Strong creative thinking and ability to execute successful and compelling design solutions
? Package design expertise and an understanding of strategic brand
? Be a highly responsible team player that practices and drives design excellence in collaboration with other designers
? Team player who is self-directed, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task in order to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
? Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
? 5+ years in design studio or in-house environment implementing in graphic design and production capacity
? Excellent design/layout and production skills using standard graphics software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
? Advanced knowledge of the prepress & printing process
? Ability to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced team environments
? Exceptional problem-solving skills and follow-through
? Previous experience in consumer packaged goods
? BA/BS in graphic design preferred
