Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize solutions that are aligned with company’s strategy and solve the functional needs from users
2. Work with personas, sketch user journeys and create wireframes
3. Localize company’s product offerings to Chinese users
4. Work with UX researchers and other designers to ensure that solutions are industry-leading in terms of ease of adoption, usability and end-user satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Formal design education (Ba. or M.Sc.) in UI, UX , IxD or comparable
2. Several years of experience in UX/IxD
3. Familiar with cross-platform design and development(including mobile devices)
4. Knows how to create great user experiences for Chinese users
5. Awareness of current trends in mobile app and user interface design
6. Analytical and structured approach to work
7. Understand and have opinions on what makes up a good user experience
8. Experience with UX/IA sketching/presentation software (e.g. Axure, Powerpoint, Keynote)
9. Fluent in spoken and written English
