Proven supervisory experience, preferable in warehouse operations or similar knowledge prossesed via different source
Proven knowledge of health and safety laws, standards and regulations related to warehousing activities
English basic knowledge
WMS knowledge
MS Office knowledge
Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility
Ability to properly assign tasks to co-workers and motivate them
Ability to handle operational issues in a proper manner
Ability to communicate effectively with people

Report line: Warehouse Mgr
Working Location: Songjiang district(除浦东外全市有班车)
Subordinate: 15-20p
Duties:
Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Warehouse Manager.
Implement C/DC quality activities to secure less damages and accuracy of inventory.
Analyze workload to secure daily volume handling and meet the seasonal fluctuation needs.
Provide information about plans and results to co-workers and explain their overall importance
Lead the implementation of new working processes and secure the compliance with given concepts and system usage(Warehousing Concept, Proven Solutions, SOP, WMS working rules, etc.).
Responsible for the safety of co-workers and the working conditions of the workplace and securing that company rules and guidelines as well as laws and regulations are followed
Coordinate with other Departments to make on site decision.
