Site Support Purchaser 需要机械背景

要 求：
Necessary education/professional experience:
Certified course of studies in mechanical engineering
At least 3 - 5 years professional purchasing experience gained in a mechanical
Engineering company with international orientation"
Negotiation experience and knowledge of Chinese Contract Laws and Regulation
Special requirements at workplace:
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Outstanding motivation
Effective working methods and reliability
Team player

PC knowledge:
To be familiar with MS-Office programs

Language skills:
Native Language: Mandarin
Fluent business English

Travel requirement:
After training in Shanghai office: Full-time presence on site; need to be able to travel for long term

职 责：
Clarification and problem solving for purchasing-related topics on site
Negotiation and placing of (urgent) field orders
Bundle and manage flow of information for purchasing-related tasks and topics
Facilitate PU-internal communication as well as communication with Site-Management, Project Management, Design Department as well as the Installation department
Create reports based on input from site management
Co-operate with Site performance officer in order to identify claims vs. Suppliers; Support claim Negotiations
Deadline monitoring of delivery periods
