要 求：
EDUCATION:
University Degree, major of accounting, finance or business is preferred
QUALIFICATION:
CPA is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
+5 years’ relevant experience
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
1.In-depth knowledge on the fixed asset management
2.Be familiar with both IFRS and PRC GAAP
3.Ability to work independently and to have teamwork spirit.
4.Proactive work attitude and willing to learn.
5.Pleasant personality and able to interact.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
职 责：
1.Support GL supervisor on general ledger accounting, closing and reporting for IFRS, local statutory and tax books.
2. Assist GL supervisor on monthly closing with 100% account reconciliation.
3.Lead Fixed Assets capitalization as per STAT and IFRS set of books
4.Ensure existence and safeguard of company assets. Support and monitor operation team on tagging process and physical count of P&E,
5.Review P&E contracts & payment for new purchase to protect company interests and avoid operation risks.
6.Co-ordinate P&E related audits
7.Ensure inventory transactions are correctly accounted for financial result. Ensure material costs are booked accurately and timely to BU/cost center
8.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor or Finance Manager
