Organization and Planning, Leadership, coach skill and motivation, logical thinking

职 责：
Manage the material team to achieve the department target and support company strategy ,including planning/logistics/warehouse. 1.Satisfy the customers’ demand both internal and external 2.Fully support the line demand with proper materials preparation 3.Properly receive/issue and 100% accuracy inventory management. Proper preparation for 4.production supply/tooling, etc. 5.Ensure effective the supporting for Supply chain activity and procedure 6.Ensure clear the import & export manual on time 7.Keep good work relationship with Customs 8.Coach and develop the subordinates
