职责：

Channel Management and Content Creation:

Oversees content compilation of internal communications vehicles, including Intranet, newsletters, quarterly strategy update & GM message, Townhall meetings, management tool kit and presentations.

Identifies and analyzes business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels.

Effectiveness Measurement and Monitoring:

Develops measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications programs.

Establishes and tracks metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to employee productivity and organization performance.

Further cultivate Baxter’s “Make a Meaningful Difference reputation” with Corporate Social Responsibility programs, education accessibility enhancement initiatives, community relation and employee volunteerism.

要求：

BA degree in any field, but with additional qualifications in Communications and/or journalist or equivalent knowledge gained through proven experience. Graduate degree is a surplus;

3~5 years proven experience in corporate internal communications within a multinational company with experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels;

Knowledge of internal communication fields such as employee engagement, leadership communications and change management communications;

Capacity to manage multiple and diverse stakeholder relationships and demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships;

Full command of the English and Chinese languages;

Experience in working with cross functional teams;

Strong analytical skills; and innovative and collaborative approach to finding solutions;

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
