Description:
The role of a R&D Analyst is to support China R&D Controller to manage the controlling of a R&D Site or Region, engineering, prototypes, and tooling costs, in order to guarantee and optimise the R&D financial performance and competitiveness. The main missions of the role are to:

? Prepare R&D license agreement
o Manage the documentation of all license agreements signed between R&D Site and production plants
o Review license agreement prepared by engineers
? Support to provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management
o Respect financial reporting deadine, prepare monthly reporting database on time
o Retrieve plants’ R&D reports by BusinessObjects/ERP, make a first consolidation
o Help R&D Controller to prepare all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, PMT, …)
o Collaborate with Tech-center R&D members, obtaining/providing proper finance information regarding costing analysis of core team, testing lab, and prototype workhop
o Provide small controlling analysis reports within Tech-center
o Support R&D Controller to accomplish other tasks required


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
? Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
? Good accounting knowledge
? Ability to deal with a great package of data
? Good communication skills
? Fluent in English required
