职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Clearly define effective and efficient project management practices to be utilized by the program, and processes that are focused on integrating and managing program activity to achieve program goals.
? Optimize processes for scope, time, cost and quality and develop plans of action to achieve objectives
? Articulate the value of the program and ensure alignment with business partners and IT teams, and ensure program strategy is understood by key stakeholders
? Standards – Help develop, verify and enforce policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective operational practices
? Execution – Executes on the workstream portfolio to meet business commitments under significant constraints (resources, organizational, financial, etc.)
? People Development – Mentor, share, and train PMs on assigned program and projects to ensure overall execution
? Performance Controls – Manage programs and help tell ‘the story’ through value articulation and Metrics.
? Account/Program Management - Account Relationship, Program Execution, Program Financials, Project(s) Oversight with the assigned workstream
? Oversight - Provide general oversight/mentoring of Project Managers within their workstream
? Cross-Program Alignment - Look at other Programs/Projects broadly and pro-actively understand and act on dependencies
? Responsible for resourcing outsourced Project Managers with our external service provider in the assigned workstream
? Deliver on practice improvements within the Project Management practice
Required Experience:
? Significant experience in Project Management and PMP certified
? Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
? Demonstrated track record of successful execution of complex Programs/initiatives
? Fluent in the English language

? Strong communication skills
? Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese
? Strong customer focus
? Exceptional team building and relationship building skills
? Demonstrated capabilities in managing programs
? Demonstrated ability to influence across boundaries
? Demonstrated ability to manage resources and budgets effectively
