Job Description
Position: Indirect Purchasing buyer
Department: Purchasing and LCCS
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities of the position:
? Responsible for sourcing office supplies, travel, hotel, facility, exhibition, gift, printing, IT services and so on.
? Responsible for RFP, RPQ, PO release, PO tracking, delivery, pa al commercial isues towards supplier base.
? Investigate on existing suppliers and develop new suppliers to work out china wide proposal .Evaluate and monitor supplier performance
? Select and build the long-term supplier relationship. Lead negotiation on long-term agreements with specific supplier’s .Strive to attain continuous improvements and efficiency in accordance with the coverall strategies.
? Supervise and contrast indirect purchasing activities (supplier development, price negotiation, sourcing decision,etc).in different plants. Collaborate with plants on their indirect purchasing for efficient operation between HQ and different plants.
? Optimize purchasing proces. Build an efective and eficient regulation for purchasing management.
? Support the IAC global purchasing consolidation especialy the LCCS plan.
? Cooperate in cross-functional teams to develop and utilize strategies to maximize corporate synergies.
_ Education and Background Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Fluent in English communication.
? 5year indirect purchasing experience in multinational company.
