1. Marketing daily operation
Responsible for marketing daily operation up to the SWATCH retail service standard, including VM & media placement management, POS activity, good execution of company policy, etc.
Responsible for deliver clear marketing message and right marketing strategy and campaign to 100 retail stores
2. Marketing Campaign Execution
Responsible for implement and execute every marketing launch campaign to 100 retail stores according to marketing guideline and business plan
3. Provide professional service
Responsible for providing the relevant professional marketing skills up to the company standard in the store environment, and assist shop sales to well know the branding and marketing strategy and product knowledge
4. Related analysis & reports
Responsible for intelligence collection and the respective comments / data analysis and reporting for 100 retail stores
5. CRM management
Responsible for collecting customer database and build up the CRM system and management to 100 retail stores
6. Communication
Responsible for the main communications among Company, Brand, Landlord and Competitors
Be adaptable to retail working time and environment
At least 3 years relevant retail marketing experience in fashion brands
At least 1 to 2 years relevant commercial and supervisory management experience
College degree or above
Good at spoken and written English
Passionate about the brand and fit the SWATCH style
Good personnel management
Well organized and logical thinking
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Good at numeric reporting and data analysis
Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill
