职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Partner with Business Development, Merchandising, Retail and Marketing departments to support development of long-range strategic plans, leveraging analysis of business, market, consumer and macro-economic trends
? Lead and direct an analyst in Business Development analysis, new door investment modeling & performance tracking, as well as competitor analysis
? Support development of Business Development Road Map
? Lead financial analysis and projections on various growth initiatives and task forces
? Responsible for ad-hoc sales and store productivity analysis
? Support ongoing strategic planning and consumer analytics initiatives
? Enhance sales models and forecast methodologies to streamline and accommodate flexibility in planning, analysis and changes in strategic/tactical direction; support other Retail Finance/sales planning functions as needed
? Support senior management, as well as liaise with New York Corporate teams, in enabling optimal decision making in regards to the focus areas mentioned above
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
? Three years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Consulting experience in multi-national companies
? One to three years of experience in managing high-caliber individuals
? Experience in retail industry will be highly regarded
? Fluent (native-speaker level) in both English & Chinese

? Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written, visual, verbal and listening)

? Self-confident, energetic and collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally, be a team player, and interface effectively across partner departments in Asia and New York
? Positive drive, with a sense of passion to the brand
