职位描述
1. Administration
Receive and help chief watchmaker to arrange the Roster of all in-boutique workshops, and feedback to Retail team.
Help technical adviser to translate technical files if necessary.
Help to checking and recordingthe CS team AL, OT and RO application.
Local purchased tools (for workshop) management.
Receive and Check the documents need to be approved by CS manager.
Travelling arrangement
Help to contact with outsourcing service supplier for non-watch product repairing.
2. Training Support
Help CS manager/workshop manager to train new CSR in workshop to master the SAV system and repairs planning.
Help CS manager/workshop manger to train new stock-keeper in workshop to inquire the SP and place the order.
Help Technical adviser/ Technical Rep. to arrange the training matters.
3. Reporting
Provide the updatedworkshop monthly report by 5th of each month;
Collect monthly reports from area reps on 25th of each month.
4. Complaint handling
Help CS manager to communicate with customers and learn the requirement and expectation so as to solve and make the complaint customer satisfy.
Filing and record the customer complaints.
3 Years of experience in Customer service field
Chinese and English fluent is wanted
Details oriented
Reliable and steady working history;
Ability to work on PC;
Experience with customer contact;
Ability to follow instruction;
Pleasant personality;
