职位描述
1.Organization Development
-Be change agent, Lead change management projects, build up healthy culture and people environment, improve employee retention and other engagement level;
-Lead performance management system, facilitate leadership and line managers in the process of performance tracking and management, build up performance-driven culture;
-Development and implement people assessment processes and tools;Build up effective succession planning programs, closely supervising talent movement
2. People Development and Training
-Design employee career and development path for China with good understanding of business needs, Identify key competencies based on long term and short term business strategies, carry out leadership and performance analysis;
-Design leadership development programs and employee training programs, on both short-term and long-term basis with support from regional and global resources;
-Implement annual training plans on leadership and management knowledge/skills, coordinate with functional learning, manage effectiveness of trainings and other development programs;
-Manage regular and high quality New Employee Orientation program, building up smooth on-boarding process to facilitate new employees
- 10 years relevant experience in the field of Talent Development and Organization Development
- Self- motivated and highly integrity
- Excellent communication skills,can work independently
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
