BD Associate
Assist the BD Director in market intelligence, building up synergy between the Bus and portfolio companies, M&A proposal execution and other assigned work.

Job description

？ Market Intelligence: Under the guidance of BD Director, conduct Market research on market size and opportunity, target market selection and segmentation and competitor mapping and analysis, market positioning, customer segmentation, product mix and pricing and sales and distribution strategy.
？ Build up BU & Portfolio Synergy: Collect and maintain BU and portfolio companies’ financial data, etc and assist BD Director to identify the opportunity for any synergy between BU and portfolio companies, in terms of market sectors, business plans, companies and management teams, and facilitate the execution of potential investment.
？ Facilitate BU Investment Initiatives: Assist BD Director to build up good relations with senior management of business units, by preparing required presentations, conducting research, etc.
？ Portfolio Management: Assist BD Director in terms of conducting research and preparing materials and presentations.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred, Finance/Accounting majors preferred.

Experience:
3+ years working experience, both in management consulting industry an Financial sectors like I-banking, auditing firms, etc.; or Business Development experience with an international company can be a considered.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong research skills; - Strong financial analytical skills; - Strong presentation skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both Chinese and English.
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance; - Media related expertise.
