1. Media Planning
Coordination of media buying plan according to Swatch Group guidelines
Working with line manager to propose media strategies according to all brands objectives and budgets
Working with brand team to identify the target audience for a particular media campaign and propose how best to communicate to that audience
Assist to line manager to prepare competitor review at group level
2. Media Purchasing
Coordination of rate conditions and maintain them in the media cost benchmarking system
Assist to review the rate conditions meet HQ policy
Assist to review the APO and follow up with company process
Follow up with daily media buying implementation works
3. Vendor Management
Close collaboration between SG brands, agency and editors
Assist media buying manager to develop the campaign and research how it will be most effective for all the brands with fully leveraging agency’s resource
4. Customer Relationship
Liaising and building relationships with all brands
Collect information about the kinds of audiences that can be reached by the different media and the approximate size of those audiences
Working on a range of brand accounts at the same time, often juggling various projects and deadlines
