JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales channels and convert leads into sales for the company in China, focusing primarily on the young professional market (target market of college graduates with 4? years of work experience). This includes both B2B and also in B2C sales (with channel partners). Specific responsibilities include:

* Execute B2B and B2C sales strategy
Follow up on marketing events and programs to cultivate leads and convert them into paying customers
Independently source leads through various channels
Build key relationships with B2B client base
Develop sales channels in the B2C market for young professionals
* Strong involvement on front and back end of product cycle and customer experience
Participate in market research and work closely with product development team on marketヾriven products
Work closely with after﹕ale service staff to ensure that ILE’s messaging to the customer is consistent both pre?and post﹕ale and remains consistent as the business grows
Cycle back information to Marketing team to fine?une marketing and sales efforts
* Ensure company’s positioning as a premium provider of English and business skills training services


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants for this job should have the following minimum requirements:
* Bachelor degree
* Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including sales, has related industry experience is preferred.
* Resultヾriven, proven track record
* Mature, positive and extrovert personality
* Strong communicator, both with local and international team members
* Experience to work in small teams and in a fluid work environment
* Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, internally and externally
* Highly organized, self﹎otivated and independent
* Learns quickly in a fast﹑aced environment
* Deadline?and detail﹐riented
