POSITION DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for managing the Retail and Wholesale operation of their assigned & future stores in China

---

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for the Retail and Wholesale operation of the company's brand
? Interact with the regional leadership team and responsible for the development of brand strategy
? Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge of the retail industry, including competitors and consumer trends
? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
? Provide recommendation regarding investments and cash strategies
?Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
? Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
? Analysis and Follow up of the performance and proposal of corrective actions
? Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions;
? Must ensure Retail Managers have the correct tools and training to manage inventory level efficiently, recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials and also ensure all locations are effectively maintained, by meeting expectations and supporting management in upholding these standards.
? Builds company image by collaborating with all the stakeholders and enforce the ethical business practices

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? At least 10 years working experience, preferred within the Retail function
? Strong Financial skills and competence
? Fluency in English
? Maintain good relationship with Department stores or mall to ensure company’s best benefit will always been safeguarded.
? Master at Multitasking, set priorities and meet deadline
? Bachelor Degree or Above
? Ability to work under pressure
? Analytical mind, good with numbers
? Positive attitude
? Role model and sets a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel management. ? Impressive commercial awareness levels
