Tasks
- Ramp Up of Projects: Commercial support of project team and profitability calculation of strategic projects; Setup and Coordination of PCN and PAG internal approval processes (PGCN Board, PAGVS,POG, AR, etc.); Business cases for own retail (BJCT, SHIV, GZ) and for other strategic core projects (Training Centre III, Porsche Experience Centre, Refurbishments of Office facilities, etc.);Ad-hoc analyses for all finance related project components (lease agreements, purchase options,etc.)
- Operational Project Controlling: Monthly cost tracking of all projects, set up and execution of monthly project reporting and Steering Committee reporting (DIN-276 as construction related tracking of costs). Preparation of Steering Committee documents from a Finance point of view;Monthly meetings with project members (Network Management and Development, Project Companies, etc.); Early identification and monitoring of chances & risks and areas for process improvements; Preparation of Preview 1 & 2 for all core investment projects; Coordination and communication of PAG VAI reportings; Planning of all core investment related budgets (over entire project lifespan).
- Maintenance of FTE tracking database (monthly updating); Preparation and coordination of internal FTE Reviews; Preparation and coordination of PGCN Board requests for additional FTE.
- Preparation of various ad-hoc reports for subsidiary controlling (e.g. Travel Costs, DST/SST, etc.);
Evaluation of other investment related.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above. Major in Economics, Business Administration preferred.
- 3-5 years working experience in Controlling or Consulting are preferred. Experience in international
automobile industry is preferred. Study abroad or international internship is an advantage.
- Familiar with International Accounting Standard (IFRS), Good knowledge in MS (esp. Excel & Powerpoint). SAP skills is a plus.
- English fluency in both oral and written. German is a plus.
