Job description:
- Develop company strategic growth plans together with chairman, including market segments to focus on, competence and talents development plans, and marketing strategies
- Fully responsible for short-term P&L targets. Develop and manage business plans including sales, team, expense budgets to achieve short term P&L targets
- Maintain strategic clients; Develop new clients in select industries to drive business growth
- Develop project proposals in responsible industries and oversee proposals and project managements for directors responsible for other industries
- Coordinate the operations, communicate objectives, identify measurements and take necessary action to assure performance goals are met
- Provide leadership and direction in the development of Shanghai office
- Manage and develop senior managers to ensure continuity of effective management in order to be able to meet long and short-term human resources needs

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from top Universities. MBA is a plus;
- Minimum 8 years working in consulting environment with wide knowledge base of Chemicals, Automotive, Energy, and Healthcare, etc.
- Good leadership and people skills. Must be a team player with good coaching skills and have the capability to challenge and drive the teams to achieve higher performances
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as sales capability on a well documented structural basis that is convincing to US/European partners and local authorities
- Balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritize
- Proficient English a must
- Strong experience and client base in one select industry a big plus, especially in automotive and consumer industries
- Preferably 35-45 years old
