Collaboration and Support DM difference team to accomplish the below tasks:
*Provide monthly report based on distribution analysis
*DPMP management and monitoring
*Design BU distribution development plan with Biz. LT

Distributor selection/On boarding/Off boarding
*Design distribution incentive plan with Biz. ,Fin., legal etc.
*Distributors’ contacts and authorization letter management
*Provide the bidding chance/ information to BU on time
*Tender documentation supporting
*Tender results analysis and provide the report to BU by quarter
*Be responsible for internal distribution management process establishing
*Collect business information for due diligence and initiate appointment application
*Be responsible for external distribution management process setting follow up with compliance
*Be responsible for transparency distribution evaluation
*Be responsible for sales data accuracy to support GTM strategy
*Be responsible for low tier market penetration to support GTM strategy
*Be responsible for optimizing BD and distributors’ price and margin
*Be responsible for separate commercial team from business
*Be responsible for establish independent distribution audit team
*Lead and cooperate with BU Commercial and Marketing teams to develop CenterPoint programs with distributors
*Be responsible for developing and implementing distribution development plans
*Be in charge of distribution training and develop e-learning system
*Be responsible for building up distributors’ information platform
*Be responsible for internal audit for distributors include inventory checking, sales notes check etc.
*Collect competitor’s strategy/situation and provide relevant reports to management team
*Partner with sales team to implement key account penetration strategy
*Leverage distributor coverage to meet end user demand and develop channel bench strength
*Be a point of contact for business communication and tenders activity
*Implement distributor incentive plans, recognition and promotion programs
*Liaise with channel management team in distributor appointment, induction, renewal and termination process
