This position is responsible for detail operation of import and export, customs clearance documents preparing, coordinate with broker&agent.

Key Tasks:

- Contact with forwarders to get our shipment information from overseas suppliers and follow daily track.
- Prepare related documents for customs declaration.
- Track the lead time of customs broke and transportation into DC.
- Coordinate with customs officer for cargo checking.
- Daily operate the CIQ system and non-bonded system to ensure goods flowing.
- Collect and store all relating shipping documents.
- Submit monthly report to customs house for validation.
- Cooperate with Fin dept. to arrange duty & VAT payment.
- Handling relevant customs system case and inventory management.

Requirements:

1) Good English communication skill
2) Familiar with international freight
3) Proficient in customs clearance and its procedures in WaiGaoQiao Free Trade Zone
4) Need to master relevant English skills
5) Learn and renew customs law and policy
6) A good use of SAP system is a plus
