Job Description:
1.Support effective job posting as required;
2. CV screening and phone interview;
3.Provide interview logistics support, including interview scheduling, travel arrangement coordination, interview itinerary management, etc.;
4.Be responsible for pre-employment background investigation;
4.Provide the logistics support for TA project, program, if necessary;
5.Provide weekly team meeting agenda per request;
6.Update hiring status including weekly hiring report etc.;
7.Manage TA CoE filing and documents per request;
8.Support financial reimbursement of Service Fee for Vendor.

Job Requirement:
1.English, Psychology, Human Resources major are preferred;
2. Good communication skills;
3. At least 3 days per week; 6months
4. Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude.
