1. Job Responsibility
·Focus on project cost analysis, identify cost saving opportunities and assist management by providing financial support.
·Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Review meeting materials for Research and Development.
·Ensure Research and Development Monthly Close process produces accurately, complete and timely financial information.
·Ensure proper business controls are followed. Develop and maintain appropriate financial controls in accordance with IFRS and Philips policies, to secure SOx and ICS Compliance.
·Provide clear financial evaluations, risk analysis and advice regarding investment plan for each BU.
·Provide support in the development of annual Strategic Review and operating budget along with the rolling forecast.
·Work closely with each BU FP&A, R&D Finance and IS HQ Finance to resolve global reporting and analysis concerns.
·To verify whether Purchase Order or contract are signed by authorized person within their limit of authorization
·To verify the invoices and book the acceptable invoices within 2 days according to PAP and PRC GAAP and internal management requirement
·To reconcile sub-ledger with the general ledger at least on monthly basis
·To reconcile AP balance with the counterparties at least once a year and for the big balance, the reconciliation should be done at least on the quarterly basis
·To arrange the payment of invoices after verification of 3-way-match or 4-way-match and after verification of invoice price and payment terms with the purchasing order, to assist to forecast cash flow

2. Requirements
·Minimum 3 years related working experience in Finance and project management. MBA or CPA preferred.
·Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or field of mathematical/engineering study. Advance degree including MBA preferred
·Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills, especially fluent in English, able to connect with people
·Diligent, responsible & detail-oriented, spirit of teamwork
