职位描述
1. Purpose
In order to support the sale and improve minerals marketing occupancy, meanwhile satisfy more customer better so require service engineers will have to spend more and more time to work with customer together, guide the installation and commissioning for the Weir all kind of products and equipments at the mine site, ensure all products running in right processing, even protect the spare parts supply on time for the key account customer.
2. Main job responsibilities
1) Build service system and ability in region, keep the good relationship with key customer and all clients, ensure the spare parts supply.
2) Installation, commissioning of Mining and Mineral processing facility on field
3) Develop service net work, supply technical and maintenance training to distributor and customer
4) Manager all the clients in region, solve the emergency, reduce the customer complaint.
5) Regularly contact end-user to secure good performance of Weir products.
6) Support and assist area sales (supervisor) for daily sales job.
7) Report to China region service manager.
3. Competencies required
1) College degree in mining/ mineral processing or Fluid mechanical.
2) 3 years plus working experience of mining & mineral processing equipment service &design.
3) Command of writing and reading English.
4) Skillful in MS office esp. power point.
5) Team work spirit and well communication
6) Be able to go out for working; Self-management independent.
4. Expected request
1) Machinery design or manufacture experience is an advantage.
2) 5 years plus working experience of mining/mineral processing or pumping is an advantage.
3) Age as 40 below is preferred.
4) Good oral English is preferred.
5) Rubber cold bonding experience is an advantage.
