Once the decision to perform the study has been made:
• To design totally or part of the product’s mechanical assembly and create its complete technical file in accordance with the deliverables project phases.
• Finalize detail design and verify product design with engineering and manufacturing prototypes
• Ensure the transfer of all the technical files and trainings to the Continuing Engineering design section after the project commercialized.

Responsibilities

Is responsible for all technical subjects on his sub assemblies :
- Establish technical analysis and file to justify technical choices
- Realize technical specifications for products, sub-assemblies and components.
- Guarantee product robustness through simulations and tests
- Define and implement all modifications needed to reach product validation
- Achieve and verify product performances and system consistency according to targets.
- Is in charge of giving a detailed definition of the product.
- Establish all the technical constraints (drawing, specification, assembly conditions and interchangeability requirement)
- Control parts and the mounting of prototypes.
- Control the validation tests and implements all technical corrective actions.
- Analyse FAIR report and controls the validation of the parts industrial tools.
- Assist the production unit when Mass production starts.
- Take part in technical meetings with suppliers.

Schneider design rules and Design method & tools.
Products knowledge on equipment & enclosure
Multi-technologies integration knowledge (Mecanism and Electrotech)
Technologies and associated industrial processes
Technical risk evaluation.
6 x Sigmas or statistics tools, DFSS

Professional Experience

- Education: Master, PhD or Engineering School
- 3 years of Equipment or enclosure mechanical design
- experience on electric design is a plus
- Industrial or Labs experience is a plus.
- Any experience in customer exposure is a plus
