岗位职责：
Overall Responsibility: Perform capital planning and report to treasury manager
岗位概述：资金计划、调度管理主管，向资金经理报告工作，负责公司资金计划调度，以及筹融资管理工作。

1. 负责公司资金调度管理，落实资金收入，平衡资金支出，确保业务运营需要；
2. 负责资金计划的编制和执行，定期拟订资金运营状况分析报告，对异常情况及时提出预警；
3. 负责办理银行开户、银行借款、利息收付、偿还借款等业务；
4. 协助资金管理经理办理筹融资管理业务。
1. Capital planning and management;
2. Ensure sufficient capital for daily operation and balance of cash inflow & outflow;
3. Prepare and implement capital plan;
4. Perform capital operation analysis & monitor capital balance;
5. Perform bank account opening, arrange bank loan drawdown and repayment & interest payment;
6. Support treasury manager in managing financing activities

任职资格：
1.一类本科及以上，会计、财务管理及相关专业
2.3-5年工作经验，有筹融资管理经验者优先
3.良好的英语读写听说能力
1. At least bachelor degree from tier 1 university, Major in accounting & financial management
2. 3-5 years working experience, experience in in treasury is a plus
3. Good English ability
